Born and raised in the pacific northwest, Deanna Hooper is a design leader who cares deeply about building product that is known for it’s beauty and impeccable craftsmanship. Having begun her career at Arc’teryx she was exposed to an engineering approach to design that encompasses all aspects of the design process. That love for the details has been refined at her time at lululemon as she’s help build their outerwear category over the past 10 years. She believes this is achieved through throughtful, nuturing guidance that allows designers to express ideas, fail and fully realize their design potential.

As a creative, Deanna loves the details and is endlessly enamoured with silhouette, fabric and construction. Her approach encorporates all aspects of design and she truly believes the best work is built through relationships that centers trust and the ability to think beyond what has been created before.
